Macarthur Astronomy Forum is held at Western Sydney University, Campbelltown, in the small lecture theatre, Room 213 in Building 30.

It is organised by Macarthur Astronomical Society, with the collaboration of Western Sydney University.
Building 30, the School of Medicine, is the most modern building at the University, located in Goldsmith Avenue. Approached from the Gilchrist Drive entrance, you will find the building on the right, with a large parking area opposite it on the left.
The external area is normally very well lit. Walk through into the courtyard and up two or three steps to find a glass ground floor entrance door (lower centre of the image above). A wheelchair ramp is also provided. Enter through the door and turn right, going past the stairs, lift and toilets. The next room is the small lecture theatre.
Sometimes, if the small lecture theatre is otherwise occupied, then we can be found in the large lecture theatre adjacent.

Parking
WSU has now confirmed that in the short term, parking is available in the big car park (which is not on WSU land) opposite Building 30 – until it becomes a construction site.
In the longer term, when that car park closes, MAS will be required to park in car park P3, a short walk further up the road outside Building 28.
WSU Security has requested that any parking within WSU be in Yellow and Blue bays only. No parking fee will be required on the night.
